Peacefully, at Madonna Nursing Residence Orleans, on Monday, July 28, 2014, age 96. Francis (Frank) Earl Webster. Much loved father of Bruce (Natalie) and Murray (Genya). Cherished grandpa of Liam, Rhys, Matthew and Shannon. Predeceased by his beloved wife Peggy (nee Cook), parents Sydney and Mabel Webster and sister Beth James. A Graduate of McGill in 1942, Frank joined the 14th Field Regiment as a surveyor in WW II and saw action in Italy. Frank was also a longtime chemist at Clough Chemical Company of St. Jean, Quebec and a member of the Orleans Legion Branch 632. Friends are invited to visit the St. Laurent Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 1200 Ogilvie Road, Ottawa on Wednesday, August 6, 2014 from 1pm to 2pm followed by Memorial Service in the Chapel at 2 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Anglican Appeal.
