Peacefully at the St. Louis Residence on Thursday October 23, 2014 at the age of 98. Dearly beloved wife of the late Angelo Mageau. Cherished mother of Jean (Aline Villeneuve), Claire (Lucien Goyette), Lise (Rolland Lalonde), Annette (late Roger- Léo Roy) and the late Marcel. Fondly remembered by her 13 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and one great- great-granddaughter. Dear sister-in-law of Rita (late René Desjardins), Cécile (late Gérard Desjardins), Eddy Backs (late Cécile) and Adélard Backs (late Gabrielle) . Pre-deceased by her sisters: Emma (late Henri Sauvé), Angelina ( late Léonard Desjarlais), Dora ( late Adélard Lepage), Anna (late Fernand Tessier) , Rose (late Lucien Fortier) and brothers: Alcide ( late Irène Fortier) , Albert (late Flore Laporte), Lucien ( late Yvette Moreau) and André (late Béatrice) . The Funeral Mass will be held at St-Laurent Roman Catholic Church 5958 Piperville Road, Carlsbad Springs on Tuesday October 28, 2014 at 11 a.m. The family will receive condolences at the church from 10:15 a.m. Interment St- Laurent Parish Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the St. Louis Residence would be appreciated by the family.
