April 11, 1970 - October 28, 2014
Our sweet Cleo passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family and friends, at the early age of 44 years. Cleo was the loving wife of John Hammond, devoted Mother of daughter Charlize, and step Mother of Ava. Cleo is also survived by her parents Celso and Carmen Delos Reyes, brother Julius Caesar Delos Reyes, and sister Miriam Lana Ferrar. Cleo was an inspiring, adventurous, kind, generous and playful, loving woman, who worked hard at work, in her devotion to God and family, and in all aspects of her life, always giving her best from the heart. Our fond memories of Cleo will remain etched into the hearts of family and those fortunate to know forever. Family and friends are invited to visit at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 150 Woodroffe Avenue (at Richmond Road) on Friday November 7th 2-4pm and 7-9pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Fatima Roman Catholic Church, 153 Woodroffe Avenue on Saturday November 8th at 11am. There will be a reception afterwards directly across the street at Hulse, Playfair & McGarry. Donations to the Independent Cancer Research Foundation would be appreciated.
