Peacefully on Friday December 19, 2014 at the age of 103. Hilda Margaret Buchanan beloved wife of the late Lorne MacRostie, dear mother of Susan Fulford and her husband David, loving Nana of two grandchildren Stephanie Fulford (Matt Schultz) and Adam Fulford (Mandy Campbell), great-grandmother of Isabelle and Olivia, all of Ottawa. Dear sister of the late Amy McCarten and her husband Vern of Carleton Place and the late Agnes Colvin and her husband Archie of Connecticut, USA. Friends are invited to visit at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 150 Woodroffe Avenue (at Richmond Road) on Tuesday December 23 from 12:30 until 2 pm. A Celebration of life will be held in the Chapel at 2pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Ottawa Humane Society or the CNIB would be appreciated.
