Hay, Kenneth A. (30 year employee for the City of Ottawa) - Surrounded by family, Ken passed away suddenly after a short illness at the age of 92. Loving husband of the late Audrey (McRostie). He will be missed by his beloved children, James (Nancy), Marlyn Brown (Jack), Gordon (Arlene), Eleanor Merkley (Doug) and Barbara Pitt (Randy). Ken is also survived by 14 cherished grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, 3 sisters, Dorothy, Lois and Beryl and brother Bruce.
Predeceased by his parents Albert and Alvira, his 2 brothers Barclay and Edward.
Friends are invited to at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 150 Woodroffe Ave (at Richmond Rd.) on Wednesday January 28th from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral Service in Bethel Pentecostal Church, 500 Viewmount Dr. (at Fisher Ave.) on Thursday January 29th at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers donation to the Ottawa Heart Institute or the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation would be appreciated.
