Aged 67, passed peacefully early Saturday morning, January 24th, 2015 at his residence, with his daughter holding his hand. Predeceased by his brother Robert. Billy is remembered for his music industry days "Blue Sky" and his love for sports. He leaves behind a loving daughter Tara (Peter) and a feisty grandson Noah. Also lovingly remembered by Billy’s small army of loyal and devoted friends. A Party for Billy (with music) will be held at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street (at O'Connor) on Saturday, January 31st from 3 to 6 pm. There will be a Toast to Billy at 4pm. Donations in memory of Billy by e-transfer to noah_kp@yahoo.com, for a special trust for his grandson.
