Peacefully on Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at Carlingview Manor. Loving wife of the late Allan Ramsay. Cherished mother of Stanley and Jill (Rick Farmer). Beloved grandmother of Natasha, Simon, Ross and Anna. Sister of Ruth Spilling and Roger Stanley. Predeceased by her brothers Erik, Keith and her sister Ellen Scobie. She will be remembered by her sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held at Hawthorne United Church, 2244 Russell Road, Ottawa, on Saturday, January 31, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. In memory of Jean, donations may be made to Hawthorne United Church or Canadian Blood Services. The family would like to thank all of the wonderful people at Carlingview Manor for their care and kindness.
