While riding on one of his beloved motorcycles, Dr. Ian M. Frost of Ottawa (Manotick Station) was fatally injured. He was predeceased by his father Dr. W. H. Frost and his mother Marie E. Frost. He is survived and greatly mourned by his sister Anne Frost (Peter Clarey) and his nephew Daniel Frost Clarey. Also left to mourn are his many friends and colleagues especially Katherine, Hannah and Elizabeth Ann Rolland, Al Pearson, and Robyn Rollins who attempted to resuscitate Ian at the Scene. Ian was a much respected anesthetist who practiced his whole career at Ottawa Hospital’s Riverside Campus. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Friends are invited to visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street (at O’Connor) on Thursday, July 23rd from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Friday, July 24th at 11 a.m., followed by a reception. Interment Capital Memorial Gardens. Donations in lieu of flowers to the Ottawa Hospital Foundation – Riverside Campus.
