Peacefully at home, on Monday, July 27th, 2015, in her 74th year. Beloved wife of William “Bill”. Loving mother of Richard and Irene De Haan. Cherished Grandmother of Isaac and Simon. Dear sister of Lillian, Violet, Eileen and Thomas and sister-in-law of Ken, Hilda, Carol and Ann. Predeceased by her parents Thomas and Esther Phillips and brother Edward. Will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to visit at the Brown Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 805 Prescott Street, Kemptville, on Friday, July 31st from 10 am – 12 noon. Funeral Service then to follow at Haven Baptist Church, 4000 Strandherd Drive, Ottawa at 1pm. Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
