Obituary for Lieu Thi Vu (Vu)
Peacefully at Montfort Hospital, Ottawa on the 25th of August, 2015. Mrs.VU is dearly beloved wife of her late husband Ha-Minh-Nha, Mrs. VU is survived by her sister Vu Thi Nhay, her children Tuan Ha & Loan Nguyen, Thoan-Ha, Trong-Ha, Viet Ha & Mai Vu, Kim Ha & Hung Tran, Minh Ha & Khoi Vu, Dung Ha & Dat Tang, her goddaughters Dieu My & Diep, nieces & nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Her family wish to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of the Division of Nephrology at the Ottawa General Hospital, specially to the Home Dialysis Unit at Riverside Campus.
Friends are invited to visit at Hulse, Playfair & McGarry Chapel at 1200 Ogilvie Rd., Ottawa on Sunday, August 30th 2015 from 2:30 pm to 8 pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Monday, August 31st, 2015 at Roman Catholic Church Vietnamese Our Lady of LA VANG Parish, 280 Wesley Ave. Ottawa, and follow by Cremation Ceremony at McGarry Memorial Chapel & Crematorium, located at 139 ch Valley, Wakefield, QC J0X 3G0.
Following her wishes, In lieu of flowers, the donations made to the Charity Organizations in Vietnam are greatly appreciated.
