Condolence: I remember Jordan from my Broadview days. We were in the same grade six class. When we had recess, the class did an exercise where the boys would stand in a line across from the girls who were also lined up. Jordan was standing across from me and smiling in the sunshine. We had to run into eachother. Jordan was fun to be with and he always stood up for me.

Condolence: Dear Wayne, Valerie and family. Dianne and I just returned from an extended trip abroad only to be apprised of the untimely loss your family has suffered. While I had lost track of Wayne for a number of years after I left Edam and did not get a chance to know your young family as they grew up. Dianne and I did however get to see them at TD Place during Wayne's retirement party. We witnessed first hand their infectious humour with their good hearted roasting of Wayne and observed their genuine affection one for the other. We, like many others, remain at a loss for words, nonetheless we extend our most heartfelt sympathies to each of you.

Condolence: Jordan we will miss you
I shared a love of the Senators, the Blue-Jays, and not least the Saskatchewan Roughriders with Jordan and spent quality time together with our respective entourages at the Carleton Tavern, Daniel O’Connells, and the Royal Oak on Wellington; also played lots of rec. hockey with him at the Tom Brown and Carleton U arenas. The thoughtful obituary of Jordan captured him pretty well. Jordan kept up an intermittent correspondence with me and my wife on Facebook and when my wife posted a photo of me with my equipment Jordan had a pretty good line. He said that I could put on equipment but whether what I did in that equipment could be called hockey was another story...and then he added ...”kidding love you Randy..lol” That was Jordan witty, mischievous, but fundamentally good hearted and well-intended.
