Condolence From: Paul Hendry
Condolence: My sincere condolences to Liz's family. I worked with Liz both during her tenure with the CCS and the uOttawa Office of CPD. Liz was an energetic, enthusiastic and knowledgeable educator who made significant contributions to our office and the field of physician education. She will be missed.

Condolence: This sad news brought back so many memories: students at Western; her singing with The Random Sample; sighting UFO's at Ward's Cottage in Port Franks; her commute to Champagne Urbana to further her education; freezing in the depths of winter at Sand Lake; as our neighbour in Clarkson; our "gourmet" club dinners; our week with Liz's parents in Neuchatel, Switzerland; her darling daughter Erin; her son Thomas; our too infrequent visits after she migrated to Ottawa…a woman who overcame the tragedy of losing Erin when she was pursuing her singing career and the many other travails in her life to accomplish much... never giving up living, singing and dancing..you are remembered.

Condolence From: Dr. Murray Kelly
Condolence: I worked with Liz Lindsay for more than 20 years on the tobacco file. She had a tremendous spirit regarding assisting those with addictions who needed an extra effort to heal.

She is a dear friend whom I respect and love deeply. I am so happy to have met Liz and worked with her for all those years.

I trust that you have moved on to the next level of your soul work sweet lady of light.
Give our best to Erin.

Love, Murray, Heather, Clarke and Michael Kelly.

Condolence: Dear Tomas and the rest of Liz's family,

You are all in my prayers, as well as our dear Liz, as her sweet. strong soul continues to progress onward in the next world. I have sent a few Bahá'í prayers to Tomas via email if any of you is interested.

I am regretful that I cannot be with you on Saturday--my husband and I will be in SW Ontario for the funeral of his dearest aunt. Hope Liz and Jean will meet one another!

blessings,

Condolence: What I will remember most about Liz is her zest for new things. One sunny day in Toronto a few years ago, Liz and I talked about things to do other than medical education. Zumba and ball room dancing were top on her list that day. She went ahead and did both. Nothing held her back and that is what made her so special. I will miss her.

Condolence: Our parents were friends from before we were born. Liz's Mom was the first person to sign the register at my Mom's visitation. I am so sorry to hear of Liz's death, too young.

Condolence: The Ottawa dance community lost a dear friend and a great dancer. I got to know her first on the dance floor, then we spent several cruises together at high seas. Liz was a beautiful spirit and soul both inside and out. She was so full of life, so loving, and so fun to be with. We will miss her dearly. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family.
