September 28, 1917 - May 1, 2016
Our dear mother, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Sunday, May 1, at the age of 98. Predeceased in 2003 by her beloved husband Harold Clark. Cherished mother of Beverly (Robert Howlett), Dianne (late David McGlade, late Gary Diotte), Neil (Sharlan) and Patricia (Serge Richer). Predeceased by her son, Harold (Donna) and daughter’s Adelle (Ivor) and Connie, her loving parents Elsie (Spratt) and James Musson and her brother Wilbert Musson. She leaves her grandchildren and great grandchildren with many fond memories.
Many thanks to Dr. Ruth Farey and the staff of Windsor Park Retirement Community. We sincerely appreciate the dedication, compassion and respect shown in caring for mother throughout her journey with dementia. Our lovely mom endured her illness with great strength and fortitude.
Friends and family are invited to visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair and McGarry, 315 McLeod Street on Thursday, May 5 from 4-8 p.m. and Friday, May 6 from 1:00 p.m. Service at 2:30 p.m. Reception following service. In memoriam donations to the Alzheimer Society of Ottawa and Renfrew County (www.alzheimer.ca/ottawa or 613-523-4004) would be appreciated. Those who forget must never be forgotten.
