Barbara Diane O'Brien-Mitchell (Lafranchise)
Peacefully, Sunday, August 21, 2016 at age 60. Beloved wife of Peter O’Brien. Loving mother of Devon Mitchell. Daughter of the late Jeanne and Gordon Mitchell. Dear sister of Denise Lalonde and Sandra Hunt. Predeceased by siblings Gilles Marenger, Richard Mitchell and Catherine Mitchell. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. The family would like to thank Dr. Tucker and Dr. Brodeur for their care and compassion. Special thank you to the staff and volunteers at the Ottawa Hospice-May Court. Friends are invited to visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street (at O’Connor) on Saturday, August 27th from 11 a.m. until the time of the Memorial Service in the Chapel at 2 p.m., with a reception to follow.
