Peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, October 16, 2016 at the age of 86. Dearly beloved wife of the late Bernard William Trudeau and the late Frederick Howard Ward. Loving mother of William, Barry (Sandra), Laurie-Anne Simpson (Gilles Girard) and Mary Louise Ward. Devoted grandmother of Barry Jr and Shawn Ward, James Clarke and Lisa Marie Ward. Fondly remembered her great-grandchildren Alexis and Sara Clarke. Beloved sister and friend to Harold Milks (Jocelyne), Sheila Townsend (Harold) and Irene Sherridan (late Ted). The Funeral Mass will be held at St. Patrick Basilica 220 Kent Street (at Nepean) Ottawa on Thursday, October 20, 2016 at 10 a.m. Interment St. Stephen’s Cemetery, Chelsea, Quebec. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
