Peacefully on Thursday, May 18, 2017 at the age of 92 years. Norma Torontow wife of the late Cyril Torontow. Dearly loved mother of the late Michael (wife Claire Verney) and Laurence (wife Silvia). Dear grandmother to Michael, Andrea, Anna, Laura, Emily and William. Predeceased by her brother William Hetherington and by her sister Thelma Doyle. Dear aunt to her nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life was held at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 150 Woodroffe Ave., (at Richmond) on Tuesday, May 23, 2017. The family wish to extend their sincere thanks to the staff and volunteers at Hospice Care Ottawa, Central West Hospice.
