Obituary for Frank Dvorzak

Born in Unter Tannowitz, Czechoslovakia, Frank and his bride immigrated to Canada in 1954. Frank retired from a 37-year career with Loblaws in 1993. Missing him already are Brigitte, his devoted wife of almost 64 years, and his beloved daughters Monica (John), and Karen (Gord). Stephanie, David, Geoffrey, and Matthew, his cherished grandchildren, are remembering him with love. Frank was the World's Proudest Grandfather, and family was always #1. He took huge pride in all of their accomplishments. Thanks to the Heart Institute, he enjoyed more than 20 extra years with his family. A special thank you to the compassionate and caring staff of the Coronary Care Unit at the Ottawa General Hospital. Friends are invited to visit at the St. Laurent Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 1200 Ogilvie Rd., (at Aviation Parkway), Ottawa on Friday, July 28, 2017 from 9:30-11:00a.m. Service in the Chapel at 11:00a.m. Reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Ottawa Heart Institute would be appreciated.
Auf Wiedersehen, Opa, from "the gang".
