Obituary for Beverly Alexander John MacQueen

Beverly Alexander John MacQueen
It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing, at home, of Bev MacQueen at the age of 68 on Saturday, July 22. Husband and best friend of Louise MacQueen (nee Forget). Son of Lilias Lancaster (MacQueen) and the late William MacQueen and step-son of the late Gordon Lancaster. Loving Dad of Tina MacQueen (Eric Ladouceur) and proud grandpa of Kieran and Danica MacQueen-Ladouceur. Brother-in-law of Vincent Forget (Murielle) and uncle of Eric, Nadine, Patrick. Bev cherished the many friends he made at Hurst Marina, Neilson Dairy and on the St-Lawrence River. Bev was happiest on the river, at the rink, on the trail or on the slopes and loved a good party. A private service will be held at the Winchester Chapel of Hulse Playfair & McGarry Funeral Home. Please join us for a celebration of Bev’s life on Friday, July 28, 2017 at 2 p.m. at the Winchester Curling Club, 587 Main Street, Winchester. Casual dress and Oilers attire is appreciated. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Winchester Curling Club. Cheers Buffy!
