Condolence: Saddened to hear of Bud's passing. Another old-timer gone, and the thin blue line of yore continues to grow thinner as each year goes by. Bud was a super guy with a unique sense of humour, and I have many good memories of times we spent together when I was at Prescott OPP Detachment from 1968 til 1982 and Bud was at Kemptville.
