Corbett, Ruth Elaine (nee Chisholm)
Peacefully on Monday, April 1, 2019 at the age of 94. Beloved wife of Douglas for 61 years. Loving mother of Faith Wallis (Kendall), Paul Moir (Denise), Maureen Lowrey and David Corbett (Laura). Proud grandmother of Jamie-Lee, Stuart (Justine), Andrew, Matthew and Kathryn and great grandmother of Bryson. Ruth is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She loved opera and a good party and will be dearly missed. Family and friends are invited to visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street (at O'Connor) on Saturday, April 6 from 11am until time of Funeral Service in the Chapel at 1pm. Reception to follow. For those wishing, donations to the Perley & Rideau Veterans' Health Centre would be appreciated by the family.
