It is with heavy hearts and sadness we announce that Jon passed away suddenly on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at the age of 66. Predeceased by his loving wife Penelope. He was a devoted Father to Ben and Ezra. Cherished Grandfather to Ethan and Ellie. Beloved Brother of Richard and James Hart. He will be sorely missed by all. Friends are invited to visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street (at O'Connor) on Saturday, March 2 from 1 pm until service time in the Chapel at 3 p.m. with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Ottawa Humane Society would be appreciated.
