Peacefully, Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at age 86. Beloved wife of the late Issie. Loving mother of Nancy (Saul Schwartz), Ken (Ann Downey) and Janet (Harry Peng). Devoted grandmother of Beth (Justin Lee) and Daniel (Chisato Hatakeyama) Schwartz; Leah (Gus Harris-Reid) and Jonathan Werk; Rebecca and Gregory Peng and great-grandmother of Felix and Miho. Dear sister of David (Jacqueline) Klein and predeceased by Jack (Gloria) Klein. Special sister-in-law to Morris and Edie Werk. Funeral Service will be held at the Jewish Memorial Chapel, 1771 Cuba Avenue on Friday October 21, 2016 at 12 p.m. Interment Jewish Memorial Gardens, 6549 Herberts Corners Road, Osgoode. In Memoriam donations to the Issie and Annette Werk Fund at Jewish Family Services of Ottawa.
