Condolence: I always remember Mrs. Hong as always being cheerful and exuberant. It was always delightful to have her visit our house. She and mom would have animated discussions in Chinese. It made me happy for mom to have a friend that she could talk to in her own language. She never came empty-handed and always seem to have something to leave for us, especially things that she knitted. I knew that she cared very much for her children and try to be a good mother.
