Peacefully, Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at age 91. Beloved wife of the late Bill Chandler. Loving mother of Barbara (Jim Scott) and David (Reid MacMillan). Proud grandmother of Emily, Tippy, Eliza, Frannie and Devon. Special thank you to the staff at the Lord Lansdowne for their wonderful care.
