Obituary for Alice Marguerite Albert (Née Laronde)

Alice Marie Marguerite Albert (née Laronde) passed away on August 27, 2020. She died without suffering and was mobile and lucid until she left to meet “her” Raymond who was her soul mate for over 50 years, until his passing in 1999. She will always be in the hearts of her children: Richard (Huguette D’Aoust), Claire, Hélène (Leo McCuaig), André (Suzanne Dumont), Louise (Rick Cloutier), Linda.

Alice graduated in Sudbury and moved to Ottawa as a young woman where she met and had a fulfilling life with Raymond and their children. She and Raymond worked diligently as successful entrepreneurs and active members of St. Francois d’Assise parish. They had wonderful retirement years travelling and enjoying seeing their children, grand-children and great grand-children grow in their love. She enjoyed her time with them all at the cottage on Lac Gauvreau.

She always loved to learn and taught herself business management skills, swimming, Spanish and was always our reference for French grammar and spelling. She was admired for her energy, great memory and generosity.

On t’aime Maman!
