Madame Anita Lacourcière, native de Sturgeon Falls, est décédée le 15 mars 2020 à Ottawa, la veille de ce qui aurait été son 88ème anniversaire. Elle était la fille de feu Léo Lacourcière et de feue Marie Jeanne Lamarche. Elle fut prédécédée par son fils, feu Pierre Demers, et laisse en deuil ses enfants, Jocelyne Demers-Trottier (Luc Trottier), Éric Demers (Kjersti Dale); sa belle-fille, Anja Demers; ses petits-enfants: François (Sophie), Rebekka (Juan), Raphael (Abbey), Alexis (Katharina), Matteo et Gaia; ses arrières petits-enfants: Emma et Sabrina; Numa, Amancai et Taika; Rafaela et Cathy; sa sœur, Marie-Berthe Leblanc; de nombreux neveux et nièces ainsi que de nombreux amis. La Liturgie de la Parole aura lieu en la chapelle St. Laurent de Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 1200 chemin Ogilvie (angle promenade de l’Aviation) Ottawa le lundi 1 août 2022 à 11 suivie d’une réception dans la salle au salon funéraire. Mrs. Anita Lacourcière, a native of Sturgeon Falls, passed away on March 15, 2020 in Ottawa, the day before her 88th birthday. She was the daughter of the late Léo Lacourcière and the late Marie Jeanne Lamarche. She was predeceased by her son, the late Pierre Demers, and is survived by her children, Jocelyne Demers-Trottier (Luc Trottier), Éric Demers (Kjersti Dale); daughter-in-law, Anja Demers; grandchildren: François (Sophie), Rebekka (Juan), Raphael (Abbey), Alexis (Katharina), Matteo and Gaia; her great-grandchildren: Emma and Sabrina; Numa, Amancai and Taika; Rafaela and Cathy; her sister, Marie-Berthe Leblanc; many nieces and nephews and many friends. The Liturgy of the Word will be held in the St. Laurent Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 1200 Ogilvie Road (at Aviation Parkway) Ottawa on Monday, August 1, 2022 at 11 a.m. followed by a reception in the funeral home. The family will receive condolences at 10:30 am. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to the Dementia Society (https://dementiahelp.ca/donate/) would be appreciated by the family.
