Passed away at the Ottawa Hospital – Civic Campus on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at the age of 89. Dearly loved wife of the late Rt. Hon. Robert Lorne Stanfield. Survived by her son Bill Austin (Ellen) and their children Mac and Wesley all of Markham and her son Laurie Austin (Minota) and their children Robert and Mary of Riverview, New Brunswick, and Laura (Julien) of France. A private family service will be held at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, Ottawa, Ontario. Interment will follow at Camp Hill Cemetery in Halifax, Nova Scotia. A special acknowledgement to Merlin for all her attentive care. If desired, donations in Anne’s memory may be made to the Robarts Research Institute, P.O.
