Obituary for Barbara Sue Baker (Walker)
BAKER, née Walker, Barbara Sue
1938-2020
Passed away peacefully on March 24th, 2020, beloved wife of Conrad, 'Connie' Baker, cherished mother of Kevin and Heather Baker (Jeffrey Wiener), very proud and much loved Grandma of Jordan and Jessica Wiener. Dear sister of Debbie Lomas (Larry). Sister-in-law of late Philip Baker, late Norbert Baker (late Beatrice), late Edward Baker (late Frances), late Barbara Devaney (late Gerry), and Father Gordon Baker. Dear aunt to many nephews and nieces. Predeceased by her parents Charles F. 'Chuck' and Mary Walker née McHenry. Fondly remembered by her cousins Cory Downie, Cynthia McKeown, Peter McKeown, Catherine Flament, Judy Coffill and Mary Lou Frye. Predeceased by cousins Bill Walker and Jane Ballman née Walker.
A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date at Holy Redeemer Roman Catholic Church Kanata, Ontario.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Ottawa Heart Institute or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
Given the current social distancing imperative, we would like to honour Barbara Sue's beautiful life and the legacy that she has created on-line, until such time that we can come together as family and friends. CLICK HERE
