Passed away on September 30th, 2020 at the age of 87, in Ottawa. Beloved husband of Elaine, loving father of John (Mayda), Douglas (Marlene) and Lynn (Eric). Sadly missed by grandchildren Emma, Carolyn, Laura and Borden.
Dave retired as Chief Geologist at Falconbridge Ltd. after 25 years. He then set up his geological consulting company, travelling throughout the world. Dave’s hobbies included ballroom dancing, square dancing, computers and photography.
Due to COVID restrictions, funeral services will be private followed by interment at McLaren Cemetery, Wakefield. The service will be live streamed and information on viewing the service can be obtained from the family. In memoriam donations to the Ottawa Humane Society would be appreciated.
