Obituary

age 69, passed away at the Ottawa General Campus on November 23, 2019. Born in Fredericton, New Brunswick he was the son of the late Rita (Boyle) Smith and David Smith of Ottawa. He is survived by his sister Karen and niece Karlie, brother Brian and several cousins. Burial will be at the Capital Memorial Gardens Cemetery on Prince of Wales Drive. Donations in memory of Douglas may be made to the Ottawa-Carleton Association for Persons with Developmental Difficulties.

Sorry for your loss. I worked with Doug a few years back. I always enjoyed my time with him. He enjoyed ending our visits with candy for my children. A very kind man.
