Euclide nous a quitté heureux et en paix, à l'âge de 95 ans. Il fut prédécédé par sa tendre épouse Alice Lamesse-Cléroux; ses parents Albert et Thérèsia (née Bourgeois) et la mère de ses enfants, Liliane Séguin. Il était le père bien-aimé de feu Michel (Ghislaine), Charles, Rachelle Morin (Maurice), Lucie Moyneur (Donald Breton), Gisèle Cyr (Jeff Gray) et François; le grand-papa adoré de Lysanne, Simon, Alexandre, Carolyne, Jacynthe, Blair, Derek, Edward, Chantal et l’arrière grand-papa de Cassandra, Joséphine et Paityn. Il laisse aussi dans le deuil ses deux belles-filles Hélène Gorley et Ginette Larocque-Taylor (Doug), ses beaux petits-enfants Jason, Kevin, Cory et Joshua, et sept beaux grands petits-enfants.
Il laisse son cher frère Antonio (Georgette), son neveu Gilles Dumas (Henriette) qui était comme un frère pour lui, ses deux belles-sœurs Lise et Thérèse Séguin et plusieurs neveux et nièces. Il fut prédécédé par plusieurs frères et sœurs : Irene Sabourin (Dollard), Albert (Lucille), Antoine (Thérèse), Alida Dumas (Lucien), Simone Robinson (Athanase), Antoinette Roy (Maurice) et Marcel (Muguette).

La famille désire remercier le personnel de la maison de retraite Le Pavillon à Embrun pour les soins exceptionnels et compatissants prodigués.

Vous pouvez faire un don au nom d’Euclide à l’Institut de Cardiologie d’Ottawa, ou à la charité de votre choix.

Afin de respecter les consignes gouvernementales sur la Covid-19, une cérémonie aura lieu à une date ultérieure. Vous serez informés au moment opportun.

Euclide était un homme avec un si bon sens d’humour, un si gros cœur et avait toujours la joie de vivre. Il a travaillé très fort et aimaient tellement plaire à tout le monde.
Il nous a quitté, mais il sera toujours dans nos cœurs.
Une vie bien remplie, un repos bien mérité.

It's with great sadness we announce the death of Euclide Cléroux at the tender age of 95. Predeceased by his loving wife Alice Lamesse-Cléroux, his parents Albert and Thérèsia (née Bourgeois), the mother of his children Liliane Séguin and his son Michel (Ghislaine). He was the loving father of Charles, Rachelle Morin (Maurice), Lucie Moyneur (Donald Breton), Gisèle Cyr (Jeff Gray), François; grand-papa of Lysanne, Simon, Alexandre, Carolyne, Jacynthe, Blair, Derek, Edward, Chantal and great grand-papa of Cassandra, Joséphine and Paityn. He also leaves his two step-daughters, Hélène Gorley and Ginette Larocque-Taylor (Doug), four step grandsons Jason, Kevin, Cory, Joshua and seven step great-grand children. He leaves his dear brother Antonio (Georgette), his special nephew Gilles Dumas (Henriette) who was like a brother to him, sisters-in-law Lise and Thérèse Séguin, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sisters and brothers Irene Sabourin (Dollard), Alida Dumas (Lucien), Albert (Lucille), Antoine (Thérèse), Antoinette Roy (Maurice), Simone Robinson (Athanase) and Marcel (Muguette).

The family would like to thank the personnel at The Pavillon in Embrun for the exceptional care and the compassion and love they gave Euclide.

Due to Covid-19, a celebration of his life and burial will be announced and held at a later date.

Euclide was a man with a great sense of humour, a huge heart and always had a zest for life. He worked very hard and loved to please everyone.
He left our lives but he will never leave our hearts.
A life well lived and a well-deserved rest.
