Obituary for Faye Lillian Gibbs (Wright)
Faye Lillian Gibbs passed away April 22, 2020 at the age of 79. She is survived by Kenneth, her husband for 59 years, two children, three grandchildren and a sister in British Columbia. Faye was always thankful for the family and friends she enjoyed in BC, Alberta and here in Ontario. Faye volunteered helping children of mothers with HIV, teaching English to refugees, and with local Seniors organizations. Faye was an avid reader and lover of the Arts. She could talk at length about the history and culture of many countries from the works of the authors and artists they produced. At her request there will be no funeral but friends who wish to may make a donation to the Heart Institute of Ottawa or to a charity of their choice.
