Obituary for Fenton Harold Rockburn
It is with great sadness that the family of Fenton "Rocky" Rockburn announces his peaceful passing at the Ottawa General Hospital on Wednesday April 28, 2021, following a short battle with cancer. Loving husband to Beverley (nee Buckland) for 68 years and dearly loved & loving father of Barbara (Wayne Roberts) and Anne (Joe Hawkes). Predeceased by his parents Beatrice & Victor Rockburn, sisters Joy Logan, Lorraine MacDonald & Valerie Lacelle. Survived by sisters Beatrice Orange and Lynda Callan, brothers Barry & David Rockburn. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Above all else, Rocky will be remembered for his generosity, kindness to others and his immense spirit of giving to those in need. The family would like to thank Dr. Marc Langill for his exceptional care and kindness. In accordance with Rocky's wishes, cremation has taken place and the family will gather at a later date for a private burial. As an expression of sympathy, please consider the Salvation Army or a charity of your choice.
