Condolence: Dear Joan & family.
Although we have never met, I worked with Frank briefly while I was at Control Data in Ottawa. At that time, my surname was Anderson, and I worked for Dudley Allan and Ave Elliott as their admin assistant. While I never worked directly with Frank, I remember he always had a warm hello and a big smile. We had some great staff parties in those days, and I recall his sense of humour fondly.
I just wanted to reach out and express my deepest sympathy on your loss. Frank was a great guy, and one I am happy that I was able to call a colleague in my work life. Keep his memories close and alive - include him in your conversations and your family functions, and he will be beside you until you are together again. (I speak from experience as I lost my husband and soul mate 5 years ago very suddenly and I know he is still with me.)
Again, my sympathy on this great loss.

Condolence: Joan, I was saddened to hear of Frank’s passing. On my start date at Control Data Ottawa, he was the first to greet me and continued to be supportive and helpful. He would often close his office door at lunchtime and practise his guitar. Frank was a good listener and gave me much valuable advice and wisdom. I will alway remember him fondly! Rest In Peace, Frank!
