Condolence: As a member of the Board of Directors of the Perley and Rideau Veterans' Health Centre, I had the pleasure of meeting Gib in his role as President of the Veteran's Residents Association ... since, for a time, we both served on the Veterans' Liaison Committee. I was very impressed with this fellow airman, a man whose dedication, kindness, humility and sense of humour shone through on even one's first meeting.
