Peacefully, on May 17, 2022, in his 98th year. Beloved husband of the late Wilma (Smith). Cherished father of Linda and Stephen. Loving grandfather of Julie St. Jean (Rob Guindon). Proud great-grampa of Remy. Dear brother of Tom and the late Jack. He will be remembered for his kindness, patience, understanding and sense of humour by family, friends and staff at Perley Health. Friends are invited to visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street (at O'Connor), Ottawa, on Monday, May 23 from 1-4  p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday, May 24 at 11 a.m. Interment Beechwood Cemetery. In Memoriam donations to the Ottawa Heart Institute or to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
