Howard passed peacefully at the Dundas Manor, Winchester, on Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at the age of 83 years. Beloved and loving husband of Antonina Todorova. Howard joined the Royal Canadian Navy at the age of 18 years and gave his service for about 20 years. When he left the navy, Howard worked for Xerox for over twenty years, retiring in 2008. He continued to work as a commissionaire until 2013. Howard was a proud member of the Kemptville Royal Canadian Legion. A Special thank you to the staff of the Dundas Manor for their wonderful care and compassion. Private family service.
