LONG, Jacqueline Lilian (nee Quinn) Died peacefully on February 20, 2020 at age 88 in Ottawa, Ontario. She will be lovingly remembered by her family; beloved mother of John (Manon), Brenen (Karrie), Jennifer (Ian) and Fiona (Simon). Her grandchildren Cameron, Zoë-Sophie, Caitlin, and Dylan will cherish fond memories of their Nounou. She will be deeply missed by her brother Collin, her brother Fr. Vaughan, her sister Martha Bélanger, and a close family friend, Jean. Jackie grew up in Montreal, and lived in many Canadian cities before settling in Ottawa. She will be well-remembered by her family and friends for her kind and caring heart, her creative artistic talents, and her keen sense of fashion. The family will receive condolences at St. Theresa Roman Catholic Church, 95 Somerset Street, in Ottawa prior to the funeral mass on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. A private burial service will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
