The family of Jim are saddened to announce his passing at home. Beloved father of Karson and Katrina (George). Son of the late Harvey and Orpha Fenton. Brother of Janet (Joe) Janota, Margo (Bob) Roden, Annie (Stan) Senkowski, Brenda (Jacques) Lamothe, and Bill (Diane) Fenton. Uncle of ten. As owner of Fencor Construction, Jim’s career as a construction manager took him to many cities in North America. He was deeply devoted to his craft and peers and well-respected throughout the construction industry in Ottawa. He was always there for us and he will be greatly missed. We are grateful Jim survived his bone marrow transplant and had a decade afterward to share with his friends and family.
