Passed away on November 3, 2019. Husband of Sheila Powell (née Morris). Loving father of Brent (Kelly), Barry (Amanda), Blair and Bruce. Will be remembered and greatly missed by his sisters Pat and Christine. Predeceased by his parents Captain Kenneth Powell and Elinor Powell (née Quinn) and by his brother Barry.

Friends are invited to visit at the St. Laurent Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 1200 Ogilvie Road (at Aviation Parkway), Ottawa, on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm for a Celebration of Life.
