The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Leona MacDonald can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence From: Sherry Rivett
Condolence: To the MacDonald Family - Judy, Darlene, Stewart and Glen...my very heartfelt condolences to you all and your families. Your Mom was my 'sister' that I could confide, share my stories, life, children and she always listened and did make you feel special with every phone call, letter and kind deed. I will miss our chats, albeit they could run a couple of hours, but always so wonderful and very much heart to heart talks. She will be missed by myself and my family Carrie, Brad, Bryan. She was so good and kind to us all. God will definitely watch over this treasure and always keep her safe. Arnie will be there to greet his sister.
Luv & hugs, Sherry Rivett & family.

Condolence: Leona (Grammie), was truly the glue that bound her family. She especially brought joy to her grandchildren and great grandchildren during every get together, holiday and birthday celebration. She would make you feel as though you were the only person in the world, was kind and generous. She will be greatly missed for her smiles and wisdom.
