Linda Jeannine Marie Perette
July 6, 1960 - March 19, 2022 

Passed away in hospital after a lengthy illness with her sister by her side. Linda is survived by her father,  John Perette, her sister Sandra Chivers, her brother James Robert Perette and her partner, Jarett Bolton.  Also survived by a large extended family, a close circle of friends and fellow pagan goddesses. She was  pre-deceased by her mother, Marilyn Lafleur and her brother John Perette Jr. 

Linda was born and raised in Montreal and moved to Ottawa in her 20’s. She worked for many years at  Smith Books before taking a training program for women to become a bookkeeper. She worked for  many years at Nelson House as an Administrator/Bookkeeper and then moved on from there to take a  similar position at Harmony House. 

Linda was connected spiritually to modern pagan beliefs and enjoyed practicing in different covens over  the years. Linda also had many passions including reading, growing herbs and flowers in her garden and  cooking! Her friends and family were the beneficiaries of many gourmet meals at Linda’s table. She will  be missed. 

A celebration of Linda's life will be held at the St. Laurent Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 1200 Ogilvie Road on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at 11am.  Please join the family after the service for some refreshments.  

A special thank you to the Doctors, Nurses and staff who attended to Linda during her stays in the  Ottawa Hospital, General Campus. Donations in lieu of flowers can be made to the Canadian Cancer  Society or the charity of your choice.
