1925 – 2020
Beloved wife of the late Hunter Matheson, mother of Lorna and mother-in-law of Douglas Kennedy, passed away at the Carlingwood Retirement Community one month shy of her 95th birthday. Predeceased by her parents George and Mildred and sister Lorna (Cowden). Survived by her sister Evelyn (Morrison). Several nieces and nephews will fondly remember their Aunt Marion. A special thank you to the staff at Carlingwood Retirement Community and to Josh. Your compassionate care made Marion’s time with you very pleasant for all of us. A private family internment will take place. If you wish, in lieu of flowers, donations made to Trinity United Church or Girl Guides of Canada would be appreciated.
