When I reminisce about the days I grew up in Ottawa, your mom is always included in those memories. It is with such deep sadness that I write this condolence. Charlene was a special person in so many ways. She was devoted to her family but still found time to be an active member of her community.
Her travels took her to many places. She especially loved the time she spent in the Atlantic provinces. I think that is why we had a special connection from the beginning.
