Obituary for Mildred Weinstein (Bookman)
It is with deep sadness and great love that we mourn the passing of Mildred “Millie” Weinstein, of Ottawa, on March 29, 2022, at the age of 93 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her children Daphne (the late Stanley Arron), Lawrence (Sharon), and Bruce; grandchildren Jen (Shawn), Amy, Erica (Josh), Jonathan (Carly), Haley, Lexi; great-grandchild Van. She was predeceased by her loving husband of 55 years (Percy), brother (Abe), and parents (Jacob and Bertha). Millie loved people and people loved Millie. She had a way of making each person she met feel special and cared for. She was a teller of jokes and laughter was her super power. The family wishes to thank Fe “Ping” Fajota for her devoted care in recent years. There will be a private funeral by invitation only but can be viewed via the link below on Thursday, March 31st at 11am. A private only shiva will be held from 1 to 3 pm on Friday and Sunday.
