It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pauline Whelan. Pauline passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 21, 2022. Predeceased by her spouse, Gordon, and by her brothers, Father John, Edgar, Roger and sister Frances. Survived by her nieces and nephews, wonderful companion Danielle, Camille (spouse, Nathan) (Ashley and Matthiew), Lyse, Michel (spouse, Johanne) (Karina, Jason, Valerie) and her stepdaughters Tori, Wendy and Linda. Cherished friend to many.  Pauline was a long-time resident of New Edinburgh and was a fixture at Stanley Park with her beloved basset hounds – Sabrina, Woodstock, Cassandra, Eve, Marconi and Gypsy Rose. She lived a long and happy life.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Liturgy of the Word at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street, (at O'Connor), Ottawa on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 beginning at 11:00a.m.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ottawa Humane Society.

The family would like to thank all of the staff at Governors Walk Retirement Residence and the staff at the Montfort Hospital.
