September 11, 1929 – September 26, 2020

Rosamond Averill de Maret, wife of the late Daniel de Maret, passed away peacefully at her residence in Ottawa, September 26, 2020 in her ninety-second year. Rosamond was born in Montreal, and was an active alumni of McGill University. She traveled extensively throughout her life, and enjoyed embracing other cultural experiences. Rosamond is survived by her step son, Pierre de Maret (Alison) and her step grandchildren, Isabelle and Olivier de Maret. She is also survived by many nieces, and nephews. Due to COVID19 restrictions there will be no services at this time. Interment will take place at Mount Royal Cemetery, Montreal at a later date. Special thanks to the dedicated nurses and staff at The Rockcliffe and to Mila Camarsi and her team of caregivers for their attentive and compassionate care.
