Mom i never met

It was in 2012 when while playing an online game of scrabble i met Arlene. I was going through the roughest patch of my life emotionally. After few games and getting to know me a little and my mental condition she invited me to join her page on Facebook. Not only did it let me see the positive side of life but it also let my creative juices flow. During the course of time I had found a mom, a sister, a brother and a nephew. I had a family in ottawa and israel. There were endless times when i nudged her with my problems and for her suggestions. Unfortunately i could never meet her. I was looking forward to details from her marathon. I remember she sharing with me the happiness after Loris reports came out and she was cured of cancer. How she rooted for daniels team. How she would visit israel to help her students with exams. Her walks with her trainer. She would share it all. She will live in the hearts of all those who were blessed to get in touch with her. A mom, a teacher, a friend. I'll miss you mom.
