Desneiges Marie Groulx (Lemay)
Peacefully at the Elisabeth Bruyere Health Centre on Tuesday November 24, 2015 at the age of 79. Dearly beloved wife of Ronald Groulx. Loving mother of Sylvie Groulx (Bill Carkner) and Luc Groulx. Cherished grandmother of Jessica Meranger and Shany Meranger. Dear sister of Germain Lemay, Marie-Claire Mainville, Yvette Laporte, Yolande Lemay and Liliane Forcier. Pre-deceased by her 3 brothers André, Marcel and Roger. Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. The funeral Mass will be held at St-Gabriel Roman Catholic Church, 55 Appleford Street, Ottawa on Saturday December 12, 2015 at 11 a.m. The family will receive condolences at the church from 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. Special thanks to the doctors and staff at the Elisabeth Bruyère Health Centre for their loving care and compassion. The family would like to extend their gratitude to Dr. Faught for her exemplary care, as well as to the nurses at the Cancer General Hospital.
