Condolence: Bill and Pat were our neighbours for many years. As a teenage girl then well into my adult years when I would come back to visit, Bill always made me feel like I was someone special, encouraging me to come over and tell him about my life. He was a light in our community and great friend. Living a long and wonderful life, he will be missed.
